By using UtilityApp (utilityapp.lat) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. The service

UtilityApp provides free, browser-based utilities — calculators, converters, generators, formatters and validators. Tools run on your device; we don't store your inputs. The service is provided free of charge and supported by advertising.

2. No professional advice

Results from our tools (including financial, tax, health and legal-document tools) are for general information only and do not constitute financial, investment, tax, medical or legal advice. Formulas and templates follow common published standards, but you are responsible for verifying results before relying on them. For consequential decisions, consult a qualified professional.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to disrupt it, scraping it at abusive volume, or using it to violate any law or the rights of others.

4. Intellectual property

The site's design, content and code are owned by UtilityApp or its licensors. Output you generate with the tools (e.g. documents, converted data) is yours.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UtilityApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service.

7. Changes

We may update the service and these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
